ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Section 420 of IPC in Cr.No.Not known of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant made advertisement in OLX. The petitioner on seeing the advertisement, approached the defacto complainant, gave cheque, purchased the car and took away the car, thereafter, the defacto complainant found that the cheque issued was a fake cheque. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in this case.
4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there are thirteen previous cases of similar nature pending as against the petitioner.
