This is the appeal filed against the rejection of bail to the petitioner/appellant by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Special Court for the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 (Sessions Court for exclusive trial of Bomb Blast Cases and Special Court for POTA Cases), Chennai at Poonamallee, Chennai-56. The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 50 days in filing the appeal against the rejection of bail to the petitioner. Mr.R.Karthikeyabn, Special Public Prosecutor for NIA Cases, takes notice on behalf of the respondent.
