Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Additional Government Pleader that complying with the direction issued by this Court, an order has been passed by the respondent on 22 February 2016.

In view of the above submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, nothing survives in this contempt petition.
