Common Prayer: Civil Revision Petitions are filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the fair and decretal orders dated 03.07.2013 made in I.A. Nos. 1349 to 1351 of 2012 and 210 of 2013 in O.S. No. 322 of 2004 on the file of the I Additional District Court, Salem, as arbitrary, illegal and contrary to law.

C O M M O N O R D E R The matter is heard through "Video Conferencing".

2. The parties are one and the same in all the Civil Revision Petitions.

3. Ms.A.Vinu Pradha, learned counsel representing Mr.S.Ramesh Kumar, appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner in all the four Civil Revision Petitions is the 8th defendant in O.S. No.322 of 2004 filed by the respondents for specific performance. In the suit, the petitioner filed I.A.Nos.1349 to 1351 of 2012 and 210 of 2013 to re-open, recall D.W.5, receive the additional documents and condone the delay in filing the petition to mark the documents in favour of D.W.5 respectively. All the four I.A.s were dismissed. Against the said orders of dismissal dated 03.07.2013 made in I.A.Nos.1349 to 1351 of 2012 and 210 of 2013 in O.S. No. 322 of 2004, the present four Civil Revision Petitions are filed by the petitioner. Pending Civil Revision Petitions, the suit itself has been decreed partly and nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petitions.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, all the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
