2. By this common order, all these Writ Petitions are being disposed of at the time of admission with the consent of the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the Respondent.
3. In these Writ Petitions, the Petitioner has challenged the impugned Orders all dated 10.12.2025 in Form GST DRC-07 for the respective Tax Periods. Details of the impugned Orders in these Writ Petitions are as follows:- 3/7

4. By the impugned Orders, the demand has been confirmed against the Petitioner for the respective Tax Periods on certain amounts collected by the Petitioner's School and certain expenses incurred by the Petitioner's School.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that although the Petitioner had filed replies to the respective Show Cause Notices that preceded the impugned Orders on 29.05.2025 and 30.05.2025 and requested for personal hearing, the Petitioner was not heard before the impugned Orders could be passed.

6. Learned Special Government Pleader for the Respondent submits that the cases can be remitted back on the limited ground that the Petitioner was not heard after the Petitioner had sent a request for adjournment.

Recording the above submission, the impugned Orders are quashed and the cases are remitted back to the Respondent to pass a fresh order on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
8. Needless to state, the Petitioner shall be heard before final orders are passed in the de novo adjudication.
9. It is open for the Petitioner to supplement the replies dated 29.05.2025 and 30.05.2025 with additional reply / written submission at the time of personal hearing.
