This petition has been filed to substitute the proposed petitioners 2 to 4 in the place of the deceased sole petitioner in the above Writ Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and since the respondents have given no objection in allowing this petition, the petition is ordered.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment immediately and post the matter on 13.06.2023.
