Respondents Prayer: Review Application filed under Order 47 Rule 1 r/w Section 114 CPC seeking to review the judgment dated 14.12.2017 made in W.A.No.1064 of 2014 on the file of this court. W.A.No.1064 of 2014:- Writ Appeal filed under clause 15 of the Letters Patent against the order dated 20.02.2014 passed in WP.No.21286 of 2010 WP.No.21286 of 2010:- Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the order of dismissal Na.Ka.No.74/08-09/85 dated 19.06.2009 of the 1st Respondent as confirmed by the order Na.Ka.No.7983/2009/E2 dated 15.06.2010 of the 3rd Respondent, quash both the orders and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner on service with all attendant consequential benefits. ORDER

(Order of the court was made by HULUVADI G.RAMESH, J.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.L.P.Shanmugasundaram, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for respondents 2 and 3.

2. While reducing the punishment imposed upon the appellant, we have ordered for reinstatement without backwages for the period from the date of dismissal till the date of reinstatement and it is observed by this court that it shall be without continuity of service. Now, having heard the counsel for the parties, we hereby clarify that it shall be with continuity of service. Accordingly, the review application is disposed of. No costs.
