O R D E R

The petitioner has come up before this Court stating that there is a possibility of settlement between the parties in view of the close relationship being brothers and sister.

2. Respondents have entered appearance through counsel and it is represented that the matter was taken upto the level of Hon'ble Supreme Court and was dismissed. Now, the case is posted for orders on 18.09.2017.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner is still under the impression that there is a possibility of settlement.

4. Since the matter is posted for orders on 18.09.2017 and in view of the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner, the case is reopened for the limited purpose of making his submissions. Accordingly, the petitioner is permitted to make his submissions before 10.09.2017. The Trial Court shall pass orders on

18.09.2017 as scheduled. It is always open to the petitioner to negotiate and settle the matter with his sister. In the event of any settlement, it could be reported before the Trial Court on or before 17.09.2017.

5. This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above observation and direction. No costs. Consequently, connected civil miscellaneous petitions are closed.
