Respondent Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to pass orders on the request of the petitioner for cancellation of mining lease as lapsed as per Rule 28(1) of the Mineral Concession Rules, 1960 as per the representations of the petitioner dated 13.5.2013 followed by the last representation given on 29.1.2015 and issue certificate for the same.
