A limited relief has been sought for in this writ petition to direct the respondent to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 02.11.2012 and consequently direct to regularize the tariff of electricity consumption from the period 19.07.2009 in respect of domestic service connection bearing No.0416523 at No.11, 'I' block, Kailasamudhali Street, Tondiarpet,Chennai - 81.

2.This writ petition is being disposed without expressing an opinion on the merits of the case considering the nature of relief sought for by the petitioner. Respondent is therefore directed to dispose the representation dated 02.11.2012 of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in accordance with law. 3.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed.
