ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by Senthilkumar Ramamoorthy, J.) The petitioner seeks a bus facility to the Government Arts College at Ariyalur. It is stated that a representation was submitted on January 28, 2020, but that no action has been taken thereon. It is further stated that the Government Arts College, Ariyalur, which was established in the year 1965 is the only Government Arts College at Ariyalur and that there are more than 2000 students studying in the said College without transportation facilities.

2. Learned Standing Counsel for the Transport Corporation submits, on instructions, that the representation of the petitioner has been considered and that a bus facility has been organized so as to transport persons to and from the Government Arts College, Ariyalur.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the grievance of the writ petitioner appears to have been substantially addressed. Accordingly, W.P.No.5824 of 2020 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
