3. In the absence of any such scheme, the Court cannot direct the University to revaluate the papers. In the event of issuing any such direction, which will result in opening of Pandora's box and many such students will submit an application seeking revaluation of papers. The revaluation are to be done only if any scheme is in force and by following the procedures.
4. In the present case, the respondent University has no scheme for revaluation of answer papers and therefore, merely directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner would do no service to the cause of justice. Hence, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
