ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K.AGNIHOTRI,J.) This contempt petition is filed to punish the respondent for the wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 09.08.2011 passed in W.P. No.18561 of 2011.
2. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, producing a copy of the proceedings in Rc.A4/5354/2015, dated 10.09.2015, submits that the order of this Court dated 09.08.2011 passed in W.P.No. 18561 of 2011, has been complied with.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, nothing survives for adjudication in this Contempt petition. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed.
