ORDER
The writ petition has been filed challenging the proceedings issued by the second respondent dated 31.01.2025 and further to direct the respondents 1 and 2, to conclude the enquiry conducted by the fourth respondent dated 08.08.2024.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that, the present writ petition has been filed challenging the appointment of second Enquiry Officer.
At this juncture, learned Government Advocate would submit
that the Authority has cancelled the said appointment of second Enquiry Officer, which factum was admitted by the petitioner. Recording the submission on either side, the instant Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
