ORDER

Seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 11.06.2015 in CSR No.136 of 2015 as against the respondents 5 to 9, investigate the same and to file final report within the stipulated time, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents No.1 to 3 and perused the material placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.136 of 2015 before the 3rd respondent police. 4.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the 3rd respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
