Defendants This Civil Suit is filed under Order VII, Rule 1 of CPC, read with Order IV Rule 1 of the Madras High Court Original Side Rules prayed for a judgment and decree against the Defendants jointly and severally:- a).For a permanent injunction restraining the defendants or their men or agents or anyone claiming any right under them from interfering with the plaintiffs' right of membership in St.George's Cathedral Church except under due process of law; b).For a mandatory injunction directing the defendants to issue the Cathedral Chimes being the monthly bulletin of St.George's Cathedral Church along with the membership offertory covers and receive the offertory covers including membership subscription with effect from the period 28.06.
