ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner herein was taken into the judicial custody on 29.01.2022 for the alleged offences under Sections 488, 506(i) of IPC, 77 of The Juvenile Justice Act 2015, 5(j)(ii), 6 of POCSO Act, 2012 and 67 (B) of IT Act.

2.The allegation against the petitioner is that he had invited the victim minor girl to his house and gave cool drinks mixed with sedative and thereafter, he had sexual intercourse with her and also taken photographs of the victim girl and thereafter started incriminating the victim girl to have sexual favour. The girl is conceived and after three months, foetus has been aborted and sent for lab test and the report awaited. 164 statement is also yet to be recorded. The Investigating Officer has given requisition to the learned Magistrate for recording the statement of the victim girl. At this juncture, it is not appropriate to grant bail to the petitioner.
