The petitioner is aggrieved against the payment of property tax to the tune of Rs.16,61,781/- upto second of a 2018-2019.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondent/Corporation submitted that the petitioner has already filed a Revision Petition before the first respondent on 21.09.2018 and the same is pending.
3. Therefore, without expressing any view on the merits of the matter, I direct the first respondent to consider the revision and pass appropriate orders on merits, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
