Today when this Civil Revision Petition is came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made a submission that the suit pertains to this Civil Revision Petition has already been disposed of and the learned counsel seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition. Further, he has made an endorsement to that effect.
3. In view of the above endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Civil Revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
