This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to take necessary action on the basis of petitioner's complaint dated 2.4.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the petition dated 2.4.2015, the respondent police conducted enquiry and the same was closed on 23.5.2015. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
