Mr.R.Surya Prakash, learned Counsel appearing for the Revision Petitioner submits that O.S.No.43 of 2019 filed before the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Thirukazhukundram was dismissed for default on June 25, 2025. Hence, the prayer sought for in the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

2. In view of the above submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
