This Civil Revision Petition is directed against the fair and decretal order passed in I.A.No.12552 of 2017 in O.S.No.5360 of 2016 dated 06.03.2018 on the file of the learned XIV Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.
2. This Civil Revision Petition was listed "for admission" on 04.05.2018 and it was adjourned, at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner. Thereafter, the learned counsel for the petitioner did not take any steps to list the matter "for admission". Again when the matter was listed for hearing on 17.04.2021, it was adjourned to 07.06.2021. Thereafter, it is listed today. Today, there is no representation for the petitioner.
3. Thus, this Civil Revision Petition is pending for the past 3 years without even ordering notice for admission. It shows that the petitioner has no interest to proceed with the matter and as such, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Civil Revision Petition after 3 years. 2/5
