ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation in the case registered as Crime No.63 of 2010 pending on his file and file the final report within a stipulated period, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that investigation in Crime No.63 of 2010 has been completed and the final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vanur and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.55 of 2015. Recording the same, this petition is closed.
