PRAYER : Petition filed under section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to initiate proceedings against the respondents under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for their willful disobedience to the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.31602 of 2013 dated 12.01.2015 and punish them accordingly.

O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order and direction issued by this Court dated 12.01.2015 in W.P.No.31602 of 2013.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that the order has been complied with. An independent valuer was appointed and she has assessed the papers of the petitioner and she was qualified. The Director of Medical Education vide proceedings dated 08.12.2015 has instructed the third respondent-institution to allow the petitioner, as and when she approaches the institution, for completing her six months Internship Period and send a final report on completion of Internship for issuing the DGNM Course

Certificate.

3. The submission is placed on record and the Contempt Petition is closed.
