PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for an issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to call for the records of final opportunity Notice in RC 85/2012/PUB/HQ Dt.02.11.2012 on the file of the respondent herein and quash the same and direct the respondent to reissue the final opportunity notice along with statement of accounts separately for the petitioner and his wife specifying the list of properties found to have been acquired disproportionate to known source of income of the petitioner.
