ORDER

This petition has been filed to issue suitable directions to deal with the case of the petitioner and file the connected charge sheet and final report as expeditiously as possible in Crime No.73 of 2015 on the file of the respondent Police. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.73 of 2015 has been registered for offences under Sections 147, 148, 427, 379 and 506(ii) IPC by the respondent police.

4.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation expeditiously and file the final report before the concerned Court.
