Prayer:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to permit the petitioner company to continue the canteen contract awarded in Letter of Acceptance dated 11.01.2017 by the 3rd respondent herein until a new tender is floated by the respondent railways for the canteen contract of Railway Hospital, Ayanavaram, for the welfare of the patients, doctors, staff and general public on humanitarian grounds, with the license fee thereof waived off.
