This writ petition is filed challenging the Demand Notice dated 11.02.2019 passed by the 2nd respondent, revising the Water and Sewerage Tax.

Today, when the writ petition is taken up for hearing, it is represented by both sides that in view of the recent decision taken by the Government in G.O.Ms.No.150, Municipal Administration and Water Supply (MA.IV) Department dated 19.11.2019, the grievance expressed by the petitioner does not exist any more.

3. Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of, as no further order is necessary. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
