CRIME NO. 14 OF 2022 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time that the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance within a period of 15 days after lifting of lockdown or the commencement of Courts normal functioning which ever is earlier in order dated 19.01.2022 made in Crl.OP.1033/2022. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S S.SIVAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.L.BASKARAN, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the petitioner to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1033 of 2022 dated 19.01.2022 to surrender and to furnish sureties before the learned Principal and District Sessions Judge, Thiruvannamalai. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Time already granted by this Court in Crl.OP.No.1033 of 2022 dated 19.01.2022 is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the anticipatory bail shall stands automatically cancelled.
