This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 01.12.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.26816 of 2023 to report before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Poonamallee, everyday, till the case is committed to the Court of Sessions and thereafter, report before the Sessions Court, on every Monday and Friday, till completion of the trial.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned jurisdictional Court only on Court hearing dates.
