This application has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 913 days in re-presenting the written statement filed by the 8th defendant. 2.

In the affidavit filed in support of the application, it had been stated that the written statement was returned on 06.08.2021. This came to the knowledge of the 8th defendant only on 31.01.2024. 3.

A counter affidavit has been filed denying the reasons stated in the application.

Taking all the factors into consideration, the application stands allowed and the delay in re-presenting the written statement filed by the 8th defendant is condoned.
