ORDER

Seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to appoint a competent Investigative Officer to conduct further investigation in respect of Crime No.183 of 2014 on the file of the 2nd respondent, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3.It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the investigation in Crime No.183 of 2014 has been completed and the closure report has to be filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate.

4.Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Magistrate and file a protest https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

application in accordance with law. The respondent Police is directed to serve a copy of the closure report to the petitioner and file the same before the concerned Court.
