The petitioner herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 465, 466, 467, 468, 471, 420, 109 of IPC in Crime No.05 of 2023, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, petitioner was already granted anticipatory bail by Sessions Court in Crl.M.P.No.3392 of 2023 with a condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- into the account of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpattu concerned in Crime No.05 of 2023 and subsequently, the petitioner has filed modification petition before this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17649 of 2023 vide order dated 11.08.2023 and this Court modified the said condition to the effect that the " petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- ( Rupees One Lakh Only) into the account of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpattu concerned in Crime No.04 of 2023 of District Crime Branch, Chengalpattu and however, the said condition was not complied since he was not properly intimated and hence he was not in a position to comply the condition and the anticipatory bail granted to him was automatically cancelled and now the petitioner has approached his Court seeking anticipatory bail.

3. I have gone through the order passed by the Sessions Court in Crl.M.P.No.3392 of 2023 and also the modification order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17649 of 2023. Hence, considering the fact that the petitioner has already been granted anticipatory bail, petitioner is directed to comply the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.3392 of 2023 and also the subsequent modification order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17649 of 2023 within a period of two weeks and accordingly this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. 17.02.2026 sma To
