CR NO.5/2022 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time of the order to comply with orders of this Honble court made in Crl.OP.No.1775 of 2022 dated 28.01.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.VINODH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1775 of 2022 dated 28.01.2022 to furnish the sureties before the concerned Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has deposited the amount of Rs.10,000/- as per the order of this Court, however, he was not able to furnish the sureties within the time prescribed. Hence, he seeks extension of time. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, time is extended till 29.03.2022 to furnish sureties before the concerned Court.
