O R D E R

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit, that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.18408 of 2015, dated 25.06.2015, has not been complied with in letter and spirit, and prays for appropriate orders.

2. Ms.P.Kavitha, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondent, has produced a copy of the proceedings of the Assistant Commissioner of Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department, Thiruvallur, in Na.Ka.No.1446/2015-1/A2, dated

03.11.2015, and would submit, that in the light of the irregularities noted, it has been decided to bring the temples within the ambit of HR & CE Department, and, already, a fit person has been appointed under Section 49 (1) of the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, and, she further added that further action taken in this regard will be communicated to the petitioner.

3. This Court, recording the undertaking given by the learned Government Advocate on instructions, is of the view, that no further orders are necessary in this Contempt Petititon. Therefore, this Contempt Petition is closed. The proceedings of the Assistant Commissioner of Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department, Thiruvallur, in Na.Ka.No.1446/2015-1/A2, dated 03.11.2015, are placed on record. No costs.
