This criminal original petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.46 of 2011 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruvallur.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that in this case, the trial has been completed and the case is ended in acquittal.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that nothing survives to be adjudicated in this criminal original petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
