O R D E R
This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.254 of 2013 pending before the SubCourt, Tambaram to the file of Family Court, Chennai.
2. The respondent and the petitioner are husband and wife. The respondent/husband filed a petition for divorce in H.M.O.P.No.254 of 2013 before the Sub-Court, Tambaram. The petitioner/wife on the grounds of safety to her life sought transfer of the case from Tambaram to Chennai.
3. On notice, the respondent appeared through counsel and there is no serious objection for the matter being transferred from Tambaram to Chennai.
4. Considering the convenience of the parties as well as the consent expressed by both parties, the matter is transferred from Tambaram to Chennai.

5. Accordingly, H.M.O.P.No.254 of 2013 pending on the file of Sub Court, Tambaram is withdrawn and transferred to the file of Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai. The Principal Judge Family Court, Chennai is directed to continue the case from the stage, where it stands and complete the same as expeditiously as possible.
6. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
