Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a direction in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, direct the respondents to enter the name of the petitioner as VENKATESH SHANKAR MADHUGIRI as per the publication made in Page 617 of the weekly Gazette of India dated August 13 - August 19, 2011 in the Register of Births kept by them and issue a fresh Birth Certificate within the time frame fixed by this Court and pass such further orders. 1/4
