This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 05.06.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.6094 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.5974 of 2023 to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the concerned jurisdictional Court during Court hearing dates.
