ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the first and second respondents to take immediate action on the report dated 17.12.2018 submitted by the third respondent to the second respondent based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 16.11.2018 to remove the unauthorized shrimp farm being established and run in Survey No.368/1A1, 368/1A2, 368/2A, 359, 367/3, 371/1, 378/1, 373/1, 300/2, 300/3 and 301/2 at Periyakarumbur village in Kolur Sub-Taluk, Ponneri Taluk, Tiruvallur District and cause all unauthorized shrimp farms to be removed.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.
Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ
petition, the third respondent is directed to complete the enquiry initiated by them after giving an opportunity of hearing to both parties and submit report before the second respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. In turn, the second respondent is directed to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereafter.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
