ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to respondents 1 and 2 to issue no objection certificate to the petitioner to establish the petrol bunk at S.No.174-A/1 of Nelvoypalayam Village, Cheyyur Taluk, Chengalpattu District, without insisting IRC norms within the time as prescribed by this Court.

Without expressing any opinion on merits the writ petition, respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner for issuance of No Objection Certificate on the basis of the revised plan submitted by the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
