This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 85 days in filing the criminal appeal as against the order dated 30.08.2024 made in C.C.No.23 of 2021 on the file of the learned Special Judge, Special Court under TNPID Act, Coimbatore.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 85 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
