This petition is filed by legal representatives of the deceased writ petitioner to substitute their names in the Writ Petition in the place of the deceased writ petitioner.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this miscellaneous petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title.
