This petition has been filed to quash the charge sheet/final report in Crime No.27 of 2005 in the proceedings in CC.No.154 of 2008 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tirupathur.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor represents that Final Report has been filed in this case and warrant is pending against these petitioners from 30.12.2013 and that, the criminal case is posted to 10.09.2015.

4. Under such circumstances, this court will not entertain the quash application at this stage and the accused are directed, either to obtain anticipatory bail or surrender before the concerned court for recalling the warrant and thereafter, press for quashing this Final Report.

5. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
