This petition has been filed directing the 2nd respondent to issue Site Visit Certificate to the petitioner enabling them to participate in the e-Tender Floated by the 1st respondent vide tender Reference No.2057-D/ Engg/ Proj/ 2026 dated 07.02.2026, by considering the petitioners representation / application dated 09.02.2026.
