This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to comply the order passed by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Madhavaram in Crl.M.P.No.1057 of 2021 dated 29.04.2021 by registering a FIR based on the petitioner's complaint dated 24.09.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that pursuant to the direction issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Madhavaram in Crl.M.P.No.1057 of 2021 dated 29.04.2021, a case in Crime No.436 of 2022 has been registered by the third respondent.
