Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this miscellaneous petition is allowed on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.2,500/- (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred only) to the Chief Justice Relief Fund, Tamil Nadu on or before 20.03.2025, failing which this petition shall stand automatically dismissed. On payment of Rs.2,500/-, Registry is directed to number the writ petition, if it is otherwise in order.
