Today when this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is present and made a submission that the suit pertains to this Civil Revision Petition has been disposed of on 17.10.2014 and therefore, the relief sought for by the petitioner in this petition has become infructuous. In this regard, she has made an endorsement in the Court bundle.

3. Hence, in view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No cost.
