This writ petition is filed seeking for Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the proceeding in Na.Ka.No.60/2012/Sa.Vu.Thi.2, dated 16.08.2012 issued by the first respondent and to direct the first to third respondents to consider the petitioner for the post of Noon Meal Organizer, Ramanaickenpalayam Government Higher Secondary School, Attur Taluk,

2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first to third respondents, on written instructions from the Commissioner, Attur Panchayat Union, vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 1951/2012/A5 dated 28.02.2024 submitted that the fourth respondent was appointed by following the rules and procedures contemplated in the Government order in G.O.Ms.No.163, the Social Welfare and Nutritious Meal Programme Department, dated 18.08.2010.

4. This apart, the fourth respondent who has been appointed to the post 2/5

of Noon Meal Organizer comes under the BC Muslim-Women category and also residing within three kilometers radius has stipulated in the above said Government order. It is also submitted that the fourth respondent is the elder person among the eight candidates who attended the interview on 06.07.2012 at 10.30 a.m.

It is further submitted that the fourth respondent was appointed by the District Collector/First Respondent, Salem District in vide Na.Ka.No. 60/2012/Sa.Vu.Thi.2, dated 16.08.2012 in Athur Punchayat Union, Ramanaickenpalayam Government Higher Secondary School and the fourth respondent joined duty on 23.08.2012 and working for last 12 years.

6. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first to third respondents, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication.
