The instant Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 22.10.2013 in E.P.No.106 of 2012 in O.S.NO.355 of 2000 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Cheyyar, Tiruvannamalai District.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 29.01.2019, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners and hence, the matter was directed to be posted on 13.02.2019.

3. Even today (20.02.2019), when the matter is called, none appeared on behalf of the revision petitioners. Therefore, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
